Manhattan Loan Broker / Manhattan Mortgage Broker / Manhattan Lending Bank / Manhattan Financing Expert
In the current real estate market, more homebuyers are choosing high-value properties, whether to upgrade their living environment or to diversify their family assets. However, traditional mortgages are often limited by the “conforming loan limit.” Once this limit is exceeded, you need to apply for a jumbo loan.
GMCC has created a “Jumbo Loan Fast Track” specifically for these clients. Through a more flexible approval process, higher loan limits, and fewer additional requirements, high-net-worth clients can easily start their journey toward luxury homeownership.
Through this program, clients can apply for loans up to $2 million with a minimum down payment of just 10%. With a down payment of 15%-20%, the loan amount can be increased to $3 million. Even more importantly, there is no mortgage insurance (MI) required, helping clients save a significant amount each month.
This Jumbo loan program is perfect for high-end clients looking to purchase single-family homes, properties in top-rated school districts, or homes in prime Bay Area locations.
The minimum credit scores required for this product are:
740: 10% down payment, for loans up to $2M.
700: 15% down payment, for loans up to $3M.
680: 20% down payment, for loans up to $3M.
The approval process is fast, making it suitable for clients with tight deadlines or special financing windows. There’s no need for complex asset documentation, and some applicants can even qualify with a simplified tax return (only 1 year of tax records), increasing the approval rate.
This program is also friendly to those in the tech industry, entrepreneurs, and overseas technical talent:
RSUs (Restricted Stock Units) can be used as a source of income.
EAD (Employment Authorization Document) holders are eligible to apply.
Self-employed individuals can prove their income with bank statements or a P&L statement, without needing full tax returns.
This versatile eligibility is one of the most attractive advantages of our high-value home loan program.

Interest rates and annual percentage rates (APRs) are based on current market rates, are for informational purposes only, are subject to change without notice and may be subject to pricing add-ons related to property type, loan amount, loan-to-value, credit score and other variables—call for details. This is not a credit decision or a commitment to lend. Depending on loan guidelines, mortgage insurance may be required. If mortgage insurance is required, the mortgage insurance premium could increase the APR and the monthly mortgage payment. Additional loan programs may be available. APR reflects the effective cost of your loan on a yearly basis, considering such items as interest, most closing costs, discount points (also referred to as “points”) and loan-origination fees. One point is 1% of the mortgage amount (e.g., $1,000 on a $100,000 loan). Your monthly payment is not based on APR, but instead on the interest rate on your note. Adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) rates assume no increase in the financial index after the initial fixed period. ARM rates and monthly payments are subject to increase after the fixed period: ARMs assume 30-year term.
